Workshop Overview: Scientific Planning of Scale and Layout
The Juxin Machinery Workshop covers an area of 2,000 square meters. The vast space is scientifically and reasonably planned, with each area serving a specific function, working in tandem to ensure the smooth operation of the production process.
Upon entering the workshop, the first area to catch your eye is the display zone for our fully automated finished machinery. This is where our finished products undergo final testing and integration. Most of our after-sales and testing engineers conduct the final inspections of our customers' machines here. Only after these inspections are completed can we ship the products to our customers.
Next, you will see the raw material storage area. Here, various types of steel, aluminum, and other basic raw materials are neatly stacked. These materials serve as the “foundation” of mechanical manufacturing. Raw materials of different specifications and models are arranged in an orderly manner based on usage frequency and category, facilitating precise and efficient transportation by forklift drivers to the processing area. Adjacent to the raw material storage area is the cutting and material handling zone. Large CNC cutting machines are neatly arranged, and the high-energy laser beams emitted by the laser cutters, like precise surgical knives, quickly cut the raw materials to the pre-set dimensions and shapes. Plasma cutters, on the other hand, “roam freely” across metal sheets, efficiently completing cutting tasks and providing raw materials of various shapes for subsequent processing steps.
Moving further into the workshop, the processing area is one of the core zones. This is where machine components are adjusted. CNC lathes, equipped with high-precision rotating spindles and flexible tooling systems, can perform precision turning operations on shaft-type and disc-type parts, achieving processing accuracy at the micron level. We also conduct comprehensive inspections on the processed components to ensure that each meets quality standards, thereby controlling product quality from the source.
The assembly area is located at the rear of the workshop and is the critical zone where mechanical products are “born.” Here, precision-machined components are skillfully assembled by experienced assembly workers, much like building blocks. From the construction of the basic frame, to the installation of core components, to the testing of various systems, every step is carried out with meticulous care. Adjacent to the assembly area is the finished product storage zone, where mechanically assembled equipment that has passed final inspection is neatly arranged, awaiting shipment to various parts of the world to be deployed in production and construction projects across diverse industries.
